About Me

Stand-Up Communication Coach

As a Stand-Up Communication Coach, I help people work with nervous energy instead of letting it run the show.

I developed these practices from my own experience with anxiety and the very real challenge of knowing what I wanted to say, then watching my brain disappear the moment nerves took over.

Through Stand-Up Communication™ and my Chronosoma™ practice, I use body, breath, timing, movement, and humor to help people get out of their heads and back into the room.

That means noticing what your body is doing when nerves kick in, learning how to breathe without looking like you are preparing for a hostage negotiation, using movement to release stuck energy, and finding the right pace instead of racing to the finish line.

My work blends stand-up comedy, communication training, and practical body-based tools to help you stay present, recover when things go sideways, and speak with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

Stand-Up Comedian

As a comedian, I create and perform one-hour shows across Europe that celebrate the humor in real life. My material dives into identity, culture, and the everyday absurdities that make us human. I see comedy as both art and connection, a way to build bridges through laughter. Each show invites the audience to laugh, reflect, and find themselves in the story.

Motivational Humorist & Author

As a motivational humorist, I blend insight and laughter to inspire change. My book “Gurrl, You Ain’t Crazy” reminds readers that humor is not just entertainment. It’s a skill that builds resilience, connection, and perspective. I’m passionate about helping people understand that laughter is more than a reaction. It’s a communication tool that helps us face life with courage and joy.

Game Co-Creator & Conversation Catalyst

I’m also the co-creator of DiversiDare and a collaborator on DiversiSmiles with George Simons of Diversophy. These games use play to help people have honest, sometimes difficult conversations about diversity and inclusion. By turning dialogue into discovery, they open space for curiosity, empathy, and connection. My mission is to make meaningful conversations more natural, creative, and fun.
